Finance Manager


OCP is seeking an experienced Finance Manager who will be responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting, decision support analysis for key strategic initiatives and projects, and collaborating with Management to increase the financial acuity of the organization overall.  This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible to coach and mentor three staff members.



  • Plan and execute annual budget process
  • Monitor budget to actual variances, provide timely reporting and analysis of the impact of budget variances, and partner with Company managers to facilitate operating budget management to achieve strategic budget goals.
  • Provide accurate and timely analyses related to sales trends, product cost, development costs and development project decision support, return on investment analysis related to capital investments, and other analysis as needed
  • Ensure the proper and appropriate use of generally accepted accounting principles
  • Facilitate timely and effective decision support analysis and financial modeling to support key strategic initiatives and projects
  • Provide accurate and timely monthly reporting of financial results and projections
  • Lead the annual financial audit process collaborating closely with other stakeholders and ensuring all financial reporting timelines are achieved
  • Maintain an effective system of internal control and administer the use of generally accepted accounting principles across all business units
  • Partner with business owners across the company to facilitate consistent application of processes and use of business system to ensure that all data is maintained in a manner that is consistent with overall business needs at all times
  • Coach, mentor, and inspire staff members to achieve individual and Company goals, objectives and timelines


  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
  • CPA or CMA certification required


  • Minimum of two years public accounting experience
  • Three years previous management experience
  • Eight years of related business experience including financial planning and analysis
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Demonstrated knowledge of accounting standards, internal control requirements, and financial reporting requirements and standards
  • Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite of business tools including Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook
  • Experience working with a variety of business systems and tools used in decision support analysis
